It came down to either Guam or the Philippines - but the Philippines had already rolled over both Guam and Indonesia in the tournament played in their home country.
Saturday night, the Philippines beat Guam 13-1 and in Sunday's game, did it again to secure their trip to Roxana and the 2013 Little League Big League Softball World Series, starting August 4th.

Wilgus Real Estate Joins the Sponsor List
And rates a story in the Coastal Point newspaper.
There are a whole bunch of new sponsors for the combined Softball World Series in 2013. We'll be highlighting them on Twitter and Facebook, and of course, right here.
Thanks to all our new sponsors - we're not kidding when we say, "We Couldn't Do It without you,"
World Series Internships Available
The Big League Softball World Series could use your talents.
This year we will be playing 27 games August 4-10th (along with 27 more in the Senior Softball tournament), both finals will be on ESPN.
We need several volunteer interns to work with Social Media, our Webcasting project, and with the Sponsor Development (marketing) people.
The Web casting Internship is primarily an opportunity to do television play by play, as many as 3 games a day for the week working with our PPV provider. This position also will allow contact with the ESPN crew that broadcasts the final games.
Social Media Internship involves tweeting the games as they progress and writing a post game wrap-up of each game for our website and possibly for outside media (acting as a stringer - this might get you money). The position also allows for a byline - and providing assistance to the ESPN crew during their presence in the park.
Sponsor Development involves working with the tournament director and our marketing people, providing assistance to them, and a working in sponsor relations. This is a great opportunity to work with the upper management of a major sporting event.
The World Series also could use additional photographers, altho we may ask the Social Media interns who have that ability to also shoot a few pictures.
Send an e-mail to: Media@SeniorSoftballWS.org - let us know what you can do.
Time Change for Championship
The Little League Big League Softball World Series Championship Game will now be played at 3:00 PM on August 10th, 2013.
The Championship game will still be broadcast on ESPN or ESPN2 with our planned "Twittercasts" providing real time information for fans who can't get to Roxana, or to a TV set on Saturday.

Economic Impact of Big League World Series soars
Delaware Secretary of Economic Development Alan Levin had an update to the economic impact of the Little League's two World Series tournaments on Sussex County's economy.
At a press conference in Roxana, Monday, Secty Levin told the meeting that the Big League World Series would be worth an additional 1.3 Million Dollars on top of the 1.2 million already realized from the Senior League World Series.
The final total impact of the World Series on Sussex County could be in excess of 2.5 million dollars.
Two World Series' in Roxana for 2013
The Executive Committee of the Little League International Board of Directors has approved relocating the Big League Softball World Series tournament to Sussex County, Del.
Currently, the Lower Sussex Little League Complex in Sussex County, Del., is host to the Senior League Softball World Series. Beginning with the 2013 season the Senior League Softball and Big League Softball World Series tournaments will share the facility and be played simultaneously, during the week of Aug. 4-10.
“The move to Delaware is a direct result of stellar leadership displayed by Senior League Softball World Series Director Martin Donovan and his tournament staff,” Stephen D. Keener, President and Chief Executive of Little League Baseball and Softball, said. “For the past 10 years, Lower Sussex has shown to be a wonderful host for the Senior League tournament. To move a second World Series to Sussex County made the best sense for our organization and the Big League Softball World Series. We are comfortable and confident that the local tournament committee will transition well into operating concurrent tournaments.”
